Each class runs for 45 minutes and is designed to give you a complete and balanced workout. We begin with a warm-up to activate your muscles and prepare your body, followed by a full-body workout tailored to the style of class you’ve chosen — Open Reformer Pilates for building strength and flexibility, Jump Reformer Pilates for a low-impact, power-based workout with an added cardio element, or Recovery Reformer Pilates for a gentle, slow-paced session that focuses on stretching, mobility, and overall balance while still providing a well-rounded workout. Every session finishes with a cooldown and targeted stretching, leaving you feeling refreshed, stronger, and more mobile.
